How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the United States. We are working on expanding to international markets soon. Stay tuned!

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible at support@basicacas.com if you need to make changes. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order ships.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Please contact us to initiate a return.

How do I start a return?

When will I receive my refund?

What materials are your bedding products made from?

Our bedding collection features high-quality natural materials including 100% cotton, linen, and linen-cotton blends. Each product page lists the specific material and thread count for your reference.

Are your curtains machine washable?

Most of our curtains are machine washable on a gentle cycle with cold water. Please refer to the care instructions on the product label or product page for specific guidance.

What sizes do your bedding sets come in?

Our bedding sets are available in Twin, Full, Queen, King, and California King sizes. Size availability varies by product — please check the individual product page for details.

How do I choose the right curtain length?

For a classic, polished look, we recommend floor-length curtains that just touch the floor. Hang your curtain rod 4–6 inches above the window frame and extend it 6–12 inches beyond each side of the window to make the space feel larger and brighter. Check out our blog for more styling tips!
